Mr. Robert L. Stern advises on domestic and
international science and technology policy. Mr. Stern held posts
in both industry and government,
including as Xerox's manager of advanced technology services and director
of industry services at NIST. He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering
from MIT.
Mr. Jerry Stryker advises on US-China relations and issues concerning China and Taiwan. He is editor of Chinastuff. Mr. Stryker is a retired Foreign Service Officer having served in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan. He is a graduate of The College of Wooster.
Dr. Ronald Morse advises on US-Japan relations and Japanese domestic politics.
A longtime scholar on Japan, Dr. Morse is the Founder of Anime-Manga Café Company, CEO of Japan Entertainment & Gaming Associates, and the Chairman of the Las Vegas World Affairs Council. For the past decade he has been a professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (2004-2005), UCLA (2001-2004), and Reitaku University in Tokyo (1996-2001). The previous two decades, he was in Washington, D.C. at the Departments of Defense, State and Energy, and as Director of the Asia Program at the Wilson Center and a special assistant to the Librarian of Congress. Morse has a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in Chinese studies and a Ph.D. from Princeton University.
