The Japan Information
Access Project is a Washington, DC-based, independent, nonprofit
research center to strengthen international understanding of Japanese
and Northeast Asia science, technology, industry, security, and
policy.
Self-description: “The charter of the Cultural Centre states
that it exists to 'provide overall access and contribution
to cultural and artistic initiatives that inform, educate
and entertain all Timorese, and, in doing so, reflect East
Timor society.”
