Founded in 1991, the Japan Information Access Project is an independent, U.S. nonprofit [501(c)(3)] research center studying Japanese and Northeast Asian science, security, economic and public policy. The Japan Project educates its members and the public about Japan, Northeast Asia, and U.S. policy toward the region through newsletters, programs, the Internet, and research publications. We are supported by our members and grants from American universities and foundations.

Benefits of Membership
Up to 10 members of your organization receive our electronic reports and annoucements. Two principals receive copies of our print publications.

Public and private research papers, information resource guides, seminars, workshops, and conferences examining Japan and Northeast Asia's political, technology, and security relationship with the world
